Why Beef Tallow ?

Beef tallow can help heal eczema due to its high content of saturated fats, vitamins A, D, and K2, and its ability to nourish and repair the skin barrier. These nutrients support skin regeneration, reduce inflammation, and improve hydration by replenishing lipids that are often lacking in eczema-prone skin. The emollient properties of beef tallow help lock in moisture, soothe irritation, and prevent further damage, promoting healing and reducing flare-ups.

Yes! Our ingredients and responsibly sourced, 100% Natural and Organic. Our tallow is grass fed and FINISHED!

Do Saude tallow creams actually work ? What are lifestyle switches to get rid of Eczema?

Yes! Heres some background on our founder:

"Hi I am Siena the fonder of Saude, I have suffered with server eczema and other auto immune conditions all of my life, I found no results from the chemicals the doctor will sell you (Also they are hormone disrupting). I looked into the science of eczema and I now consider myself a bit of an expert on how to get rid of it naturally since being eczema free for the past few years, our ingredients are all in there for a reason, this is the exact recipes I would mix up in my kitchen before starting Saude that FIXED my skin! Of course it is a full lifestyle switch heres exactly what I would do if I was in that state again:

1. Start an elimination diet: I understand this is controversial, but eczema is TRIGGERED most of the time but food sensitivities. There is growing evidence linking gut health to eczema. Food sensitivities or intolerances can disrupt the gut microbiome and trigger immune responses that affect the skin. An elimination diet can help calm the gut, reduce inflammation, and restore balance in the digestive system, which may indirectly improve skin conditions like eczema. I highly suggest giving the carnivore diet a go for 6 weeks to eliminate all possible sensitivities then add foods in one by one.

2. Get More Sun: Boosts: - Vitamin D is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system and skin barrier. Sunlight stimulates the production of Vitamin D in the skin, which can help regulate immune responses that contribute to eczema. Some research suggests that low levels of Vitamin D may be linked to an increased risk of eczema and flare-ups, so getting enough sunlight may help reduce symptoms.

- Sun exposure has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, which can help soothe the redness, swelling, and itching that are characteristic of eczema flare-ups. Sunlight can help balance the immune system's overactive response, which is often involved in eczema.

- Exposure to sunlight in moderation may help strengthen the skin barrier by increasing ceramide production, which plays a crucial role in keeping the skin hydrated and protecting it from environmental stressors and irritants. A stronger skin barrier can help reduce dryness and prevent the exacerbation of eczema symptoms.

- Sun exposure may have a calming effect on eczema during flare-ups, especially in conditions like atopic dermatitis, where skin inflammation is prominent. Some people with eczema notice fewer flare-ups when they spend time in the sun regularly, although this effect can vary between individuals.

- Sunlight helps balance immune responses by promoting the production of regulatory T-cells, which help modulate the immune system and prevent excessive inflammation. Since eczema is often driven by an overactive immune response, moderate sun exposure may help reduce the intensity of flare-ups.
